My Story.
I began my career in data analytics, helping small grocery retailers understand their operations through numbers. Over time, I realized that the real challenges weren’t hidden in spreadsheets—they were hidden in the everyday frustrations of the people using the systems. I saw store owners struggling with tools that were supposed to “help,” and researchers slowed down by interfaces that didn’t match how they actually worked.
That was the moment I shifted my focus from analyzing behavior to understanding people.
UX became the bridge between what I knew about systems and what I cared about most: making technology feel more human.
Since then, I’ve been designing experiences that bring clarity, empathy, and functionality together—whether it’s a pet-calming robot, a medical annotation interface, or tools that help small retailers make decisions with confidence.
My work is shaped by a simple belief: good design should reduce stress, restore dignity, and quietly support the people who rely on it every day.
